1. How does your companies renovation process work?
Your needs for your renovation project are discussed and solutions are offered during our initial meeting with you.
At that time we will provide you with a general price for the project. If the price meets your approval we sign a
design agreement and begin the design phase. During the design phase we measure the space and what is already existing
(for example for a basement renovation, existing pipes, beams, and ductwork) and create plans. After plans and pricing are
complete we invite you to come to our
offices to have a virtual tour of the plans and go over the estimate. Modifications are made to the plans
at your request and the bid is modified accordingly. Once the plans/bid is finalized we sign a contract and
project commencement dates are set.
You will receive a complete set of drawings and a schedule for the project before the project begins. The project schedule will
show you what is happening on a daily basis and your site superintendent is available to answer any questions you
may have. Timely inspections are made according to your jurisdiction’s local building requirements.
Upon completion, we cleanup throughly.
2. How long will it take to finish my home renovation project?
Most projects take about 4-6 weeks from start to finish. However, factors such as type of project, the size of your space
and your choices in finished materials can affect the length of time to complete your project.
3. What is the cost per square foot for a basement renovation?
This varies depending on the finishes you choose and other options chosen such as fireplaces, wet bars, saunas, etc.
4. Do you offer free home renovations estimates outside of Ontario, Canada?
No. Currently our home renovation services are limited to Ontario, Canada only.
5. Do I get a warranty for my home renovation?
We provide a full one year warranty on the work we provide. Ofcourse external factors such as floods, wear and tear caused forcefully
by an individual or any living being, are not covered. Our goal is to keep our clients
fully satisfied.
6. Can I live at home during the renovation process?
We try to not to disrupt your daily schedule and in most cases like kitchen and main floor renovations, you can continue living in your home. We even set up temporary kitchen facilities to make it easy for you. Our team will help you decide what is most feasible for your renovation project.
7. What is the cost to seal driveways or pattern concrete?
For Asphalt driveways, it is only $50.00. For sealing pattern concrete's, we charge only
$0.60 per square feet of area.
